Register - Fall 2017
Completely fill out the Registration Form and indicate ALL Private Lessons, Group Classes, and Buddy Classes, you are signing up for. We will contact you to set up lesson times and payment information, and to answer any questions you have put in the comment box.
You may pick your preferred teacher, but please note that time slots are on a first come basis, so your teacher may not be available in the time you have picked. Price varies depending on the location, length of the lesson and what day of the week since lessons are prorated depending on how many lessons for the year. Private Lessons at Harvest Family Church are $36 a lesson, on location at private schools or in home lessons are $38 a lesson. Please fill out the Registration form so we understand what you are signing up for and we will call you with the exact prorated monthly tuition for the lessons.
The $85 registration fee will secure your time slot. It also includes two optional recitals and a free Art of Music book bag, and for students who participate in the spring recital, an award medal and certificate for completing the year.
Don't see a class that works for you, or want a private group class? Try our popular Buddy Classes! Any Instrument or singing can be a Buddy Class! Find one or more buddies, pick your instrument
(must be the same instrument), pick your day and time for the lesson and design your own class! They're also great for Mom or Dad to learn along with the kids. Each buddy needs their own
instrument for the class. Buddy Classes are prorated: at Harvest they are $86 per person a month for two buddies, and on campus at schools the cost varies based on the school's schedule.
Reg fee option: $65 first year students for 1 recital. 2nd year students may sign up for 2 recitals with at reg fee of $85. Books are not included in the reg fee.
After School Group Classes
NOTE: Group class schedule is not yet available. See your email for returning group class instructions.
The $65 registration fee secures your place in the class you are signing up for and includes one recital with award medal and certificate for completing the year. A free Art of Music book bag is also included.
Group classes for 2nd year and up will pay an $85 registration fee and have two recitals.
Please select your location for each of the classes you'd like to attend below. Not all classes are available at all locations. Your class day and time may be set by your school; see class information after you've selected a location.

New students (first year Music Students) will receive a free Art of Music book bag along with their registration and can choose to purchase an Art of Music t-shirt for an additional $15.
Returning students can pick either a free music book bag, a free Art of Music t-shirt, or a free Art of Music breakaway lanyard. You can purchase additional items for $15.
Student Registration Agreement for 2017-2018
I understand and agree that my student will pay a yearly non-refundable registration fee that will hold their lesson time, and includes a free music book bag (1st year students). (Returning students can pick from a free music book bag, AOM T-Shirt, or other offered free item.) Also included in my yearly registration is 1-2 optional recitals (1st year students have 1 optional recital and returning students have 2 optional recitals).
Private Lesson Students:
I understand and agree that if I need to drop Private Lessons for any reason, I will send a 30 day notice in writing by email before the 1st of the previous month, to The Art of Music Studio Office. I will also contact the Art of Music Studio office in person, by phone, by text, or at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm they received the 30 day notice.
I understand and agree that If the notice is after the 1st of a month, I will pay for the remainder of that month and the 30 days notice will start the following month.
Group/Buddy Class Students:
I understand and agree that my Group Class/Buddy Class is a full term commitment and can not be dropped since it is priced depending on how many students are in the class.
I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio only accepts auto pay for monthly tuition, by automatic bank account payment, debit card payment, credit card payment, or a set of post dated checks for the complete teaching year. Payment can also be made by the semester (August-Jan & Feb-May) or full payment for the complete teaching year by check, credit/debit, or cash). There will be a $3 per $100 convenience fee added to all Credit card of Debit Card tuition payments (i.e. for $69 group class, there would be $2 convenience fee added each month for a $71 total).
I understand and agree that no make-up lessons will be given for missed lessons because of scheduling conflicts. No refunds are given for missed lessons. Missed lessons include vacations or school activities such as trips, programs, parties, sports games, etc.
I understand and agree that I as the Student, or I as the parent or legal guardian of the Student, (if the student is a minor) waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal lesson activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after lesson time.
I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.
I understand and agree to remain in the building during the lessons/classes if my student is under the age of 5.
I understand and agree that I will not leave my student at the school for excessive time before or after lessons.
I understand and agree that my student is not permitted to roam the building, bathrooms, play on the stairs, etc, at any time, and must stay seated in the waiting room before and after lessons.
I understand and agree that The Art of Music Studio is granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the school creates and to copyright such photographs in its name.
